Can You Stand For
Low Back Pain?

“Low Back Pain” refers to discomfort or pain localized in the lumbar region of the spine, typically between the ribcage and the pelvis. It is a common condition caused by various factors such as muscle strain, poor posture, herniated discs, or underlying medical conditions. Low back pain can range from mild to severe and may be acute (short-term) or chronic (lasting longer than three months). It often limits mobility and can impact daily activities. Treatment approaches include rest, physical therapy, pain relief medication, and lifestyle adjustments. Proper diagnosis and management are essential to alleviate pain and prevent recurrence.
